As the founder and principal consultant of Jody Harker Search, LLC, she has successfully placed top-tier talent—from managers to C-level procurements—within private equity-backed, manufacturing, biotech, and packaging organizations.
Jody brings a unique blend of industry expertise and relationship-driven strategy, drawing from her hands-on background in procurement, supply chain, and operations. Known for her rigorous approach to talent evaluation and long-standing client partnerships, Jody has built a reputation for delivering high-impact leadership that drives business performance.
Beyond recruiting, Jody also brings over 10 years of experience leading team-building and communication training programs, reinforcing her commitment to both organizational culture and results. She holds a BBA (Bachelor’s of Business Administration) in Marketing degree from Western Michigan University and continues to be a trusted advisor in talent strategy across North America.

With over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Adrienne Leonard is a trusted leader in building high-performing teams across the manufacturing, biotech, private equity, and packaging sectors. Her career has spanned strategic roles in talent management, employee relations, and change management, always marked by her ability to build meaningful relationships across all organizational levels.
Prior to joining Jody Harker Search, Adrienne held key HR positions in high-level corporations, where she led multi-plant HR operations, developed performance management frameworks, and drove inclusive recruiting strategies. She is especially passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and advocates for educational pathways in STEM and skilled trades, helping bridge the gap between industry and education.
Adrienne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University and is PHR certified through HRCI. Based in Metro, Detroit, she is also an avid equestrian and remains committed to driving lasting talent solutions in a people-first way.
